Let our chefs prepare a wonderful New England clambake for your event. Steamed and bagged top neck clams or steamers as well as cold water lobster tails (at market price) may be added any Buffet or All-Day food menu and are served with drawn butter and clam broth. (Our Manhattan style clam chowder with crackers is a great accompaniment!) Please advise us of the number of servings of clams you wish prepared.
